Terrible Customer Service
"I reached out to Customer Service 6/1/26 because my $100+ order arrived expired. I was sincerely hoping to receive an expedient reply with a solution, but after sending 2 additional follow-up e-mails over the span of 1. 5wks. , there was no reply. This is so disappointing, and I can no longer buy from this company with any confidence. I shouldn't have to worry about receiving product that's expired then to make matters worse not be given the courtesy of a reply. I got an automated e-mail with a support ticket # yet again no help from Customer Service. I may have no choice but to contact BBB. Will definitely be buying from a different company in the future, and cannot recommend this brand."
