Terrible Customer Service

"I reached out to Customer Service 6/1/26 because my $100+ order arrived expired. I was sincerely hoping to receive an expedient reply with a solution, but after sending 2 additional follow-up e-mails over the span of 1. 5wks. , there was no reply. This is so disappointing, and I can no longer buy from this company with any confidence. I shouldn't have to worry about receiving product that's expired then to make matters worse not be given the courtesy of a reply. I got an automated e-mail with a support ticket # yet again no help from Customer Service. I may have no choice but to contact BBB. Will definitely be buying from a different company in the future, and cannot recommend this brand."

Impressed-Love how my face looks and feel

"I’ve been using this product for a few weeks and noticed a difference on my skin soon after. My skin looks smoother and feels great—I truly love it. A few weeks ago, I had purchased a facial, but since using this product, I feel I no longer need one. I received it in a friend’s birthday bag, and after seeing how well it worked, I searched for it online. I will definitely continue using it and look forward to trying the other products."

"This Dark Spot corrector did not work for me. It had no impact on my hyperpigmentation at all. Its a very expensive product to purchase and not see any reward for usung it for its usage. Would Not buy again."

Items never arrived, no support received

"I had ordered for two bottles of dark skin corrector. They never arrived. the USPS tracking showed the items were sent back to the original sender. I had written to Brownknid for three times but never received any response, other than an electronic auto response from their support that my request was received. This was very disappointing and quite frustrating experience with them."

Not Sure It Worked For Me

"I’ve used this product for a few months, I can’t say I saw significant results. I don’t like the packaging, you can’t see how much is left and I can’t “scrape” the bottom to ensure I get “all” the product I paid for."
