This summer has been one to remember. Launched on Memorial Day 2025, our Sheer Facial Sunscreen SPF 40 has quickly become a favorite across our community. It’s lightweight, no white-cast, dermatologist backed formula have won your hearts and earned us the honor of Runner-up for Best Skincare Launch in the 2025 Beacon Awards by Beauty Independent.

What Makes It Different
Our Sheer Facial Sunscreen is rooted in science, guided by culture, and inspired by community. It’s designed to not leave a white cast and is non-greasy, non-residue, and fragrance-free. The formula delivers lightweight moisture that pairs perfectly with our other products and is safe for sensitive and acne-prone skin, and blends with all skin tones (from very dark to very light).
What really make our sunscreen stand out is its infusion of our Even Tone DefenderTM formula – a blend of Indian Gooseberry, Rainbow Algae, and Cacao Extract – designed to protect, nourish, and preserve the natural beauty of melanin-rich skin.

When it comes to sun protection, there are many misconceptions about melanin-rich skin.
